The ARK Genomic Revolution ETF bought 90,731 shares of Exact Sciences worth $5.56 million. This purchase represents the largest single transaction of the day for ARK’s funds.
Exact Sciences Corporation, EXAS
Exact Sciences develops non-invasive cancer screening tests. The company remains a core holding in ARK’s genomics strategy.
ARK Invest also added $2.77 million to its Illumina position. Illumina specializes in gene-sequencing technology.
The fund purchased $3.33 million of Qualcomm shares through its robotics ETF. This buy came after news that Qualcomm completed an acquisition of Israeli company Autotalks without notifying Chinese regulators.

On the sell side, ARK offloaded $8.13 million worth of Guardant Health shares. The cancer diagnostics company saw 124,233 shares sold from the genomics ETF.
This sale continues a pattern of reduced exposure to precision oncology stocks. ARK has been cutting positions in this sector in recent trades.
Wood’s funds trimmed Palantir Technologies by 20,208 shares across two ETFs. The transaction totaled $3.7 million with Palantir trading at $181.59.
The sale occurred as Palantir strengthens its position in artificial intelligence. Oracle’s Chief Technology Officer Larry Ellison recently highlighted the importance of proprietary data in AI development, an area where Palantir claims expertise.
ARK sold $3.7 million of Shopify stock, offloading 22,393 shares. Shopify shares closed at $164.71 on Monday.
The Shopify sale followed a stock rally driven by the company’s integration with OpenAI’s “Buy it in ChatGPT” feature. Shopify CEO Tobi Lutke said over a million merchants would be integrated with the in-chat shopping function.
Defense and Robotics Investments
The ARK Autonomous Technology and Robotics ETF added $4.09 million to Intuitive Surgical. The fund purchased 9,174 shares of the robotic surgery company.
ARK bought 11,714 shares of L3Harris Technologies worth $3.33 million. L3Harris operates in the defense and aerospace sector.
However, ARK sold $8.04 million of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions. The robotics ETF offloaded 96,699 shares of the defense contractor.
Wood’s funds also reduced their Oklo position by $8.72 million. The nuclear energy company saw 53,353 shares sold.
SoFi Technologies was trimmed by $3.70 million as ARK sold fintech positions. Roblox was reduced by $3.64 million as the fund cut its gaming exposure.
ARK purchased 69,000 BYD shares worth $941,850 through its robotics fund. This buy came despite BYD announcing a recall of over 115,000 vehicles due to battery safety issues affecting models from 2015 to 2022.
