Aurora aims to change the way traditional games are built. Its mission is to decentralize and add NFT inventories to traditional games. It does so by providing an inventory-management system: all player items are on-chain, owned by the players themselves, and cannot be tampered with. The item supplies are fixed and fully transparent. This is what the Aurora project is all about. They have created a dashboard with extensive documentation to help game developers create NFT-inventories.
A second goal of the project is to provide as much utility as possible. In the first launch phase, they solely focused on creating NFT inventories. In the second launch phase in Q2 2022, they will add inventory-management. All inventories created using Aurora are ERC1155-compliant, meaning they can be used in various compatible wallets and applications.
“Converting traditional games to blockchain-based NFT games is one of the biggest challenges facing the gaming industry” said @Vincent256, who is the founder & lead developer of Aurora NFT.
