Wall Street’s Growing XRP Appetite
Goldman Sachs isn’t the only major financial institution entering the XRP ETF space. JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America each disclosed XRP ETF positions in their Q2 2026 regulatory filings. This coordinated movement suggests increasing acceptance of XRP-linked investment vehicles among established financial institutions.
Market analysis from Coin Bureau highlighted on social platforms that XRP experienced a remarkable 40% surge within five days, climbing from below $1.00 to approach $1.40. Their research indicated that large-scale investors accumulated more than 300 million XRP tokens during the 96-hour period preceding the rally’s start. They also emphasized that the $0.98 price level had historically served as a launching point before XRP’s 2024 climb to its record high near $3.65.
On Thursday, spot XRP ETF products recorded $13.24 million in net positive flows. Bitwise commanded the largest share with $9.9 million in inflows, while Franklin attracted $3.34 million. The combined assets under management for all spot XRP ETFs now stands at $1.17 billion, with aggregate inflows surpassing $1.53 billion.

XRP Market Performance and Trading Metrics

The wider cryptocurrency market rally has been partially attributed to the U.S. Treasury’s bond buyback program, which decreased yields and created more favorable financial conditions.
An initiative to introduce institutional lending capabilities to the XRP Ledger — involving Clearpool, Cicada Partners, and Ripple serving as a capital provider — was announced previously and continues to develop.
