Circle (CRCL) stock climbed to its highest level since June 22 as cryptocurrencies recovered. CRCL reached $83.13, gaining about 43% from its lowest point this year. The rebound comes before Circle launches its Arc Layer 1 network in September, while slower growth remains a key risk.
Circle Stock Gains With Crypto Market Recovery
CRCL shares have advanced alongside a crypto rebound. Bitcoin is moving toward a resistance area, while the total cryptocurrency market value has risen to about $2.3 trillion.
The Crypto Fear and Greed Index has climbed to 55, its highest reading since April 22. Spot Bitcoin ETFs have attracted more than $1.4 billion this month, while Ethereum ETFs added $534 million.
Falling long-term bond yields have also supported risk assets. The 30-year Treasury yield eased to 5.17% from a 2026 high of 5.33% after the U.S. Treasury expanded bond buybacks.
Arc Launch Adds a New Growth Test
Circle plans to launch its Arc Layer 1 blockchain on September 16. The testnet has processed more than 502 million transactions and recorded over 2.8 million transacting wallets.
Arc has attracted validators and partners including ICE, Mastercard, MoneyGram, SBI, and Standard Chartered. Circle wants Arc to become a major network for stablecoin payments and compete with Ethereum and Tron.
The launch still carries execution risk. Several companies have introduced blockchain networks, but only a small number have gained broad user activity.
Revenue Growth Shows Signs of Cooling
Circle reported $289 million in revenue and reserve income after distribution, transaction, and other costs, up 15% from a year earlier. However, growth from the previous quarter remained limited.
Analysts expect upcoming revenue of about $786 million, up 6.35%. Full-year revenue growth is expected near 9.3%. USDC market value has fallen to $72.4 billion from more than $80 billion earlier this year.
Technical Setup Points to Near-Term Strength
The daily chart shows Circle stock rebounding from a double bottom near $58.30. CRCL has moved above the $72.72 neckline and the 50-day moving average.

The RSI is approaching 70, showing stronger momentum. The setup leaves room for further gains, although traders may watch for selling pressure if momentum weakens near current levels.
