Dream Bowl XV Expands Datavault AI’s Sports Role
Dream Bowl XV will mark the 15th anniversary of the college football all-star event. Organizers scheduled the game for January 17, 2027, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. ESPN plans to broadcast the event nationally, extending the showcase beyond its in-person audience.
Datavault AI will return as an intellectual property licensing partner and official Dream Bowl sponsor. The company first participated in Dream Bowl XIV and supported athlete data and memorabilia programs. Its expanded role now covers more event operations across the four-day Dream Bowl XV weekend.
The Dream Bowl has operated since 2013 and features draft-eligible players from several college divisions. The event also includes NAIA athletes seeking exposure before professional scouts and football organizations. Organizers created the showcase to provide overlooked players with access to a professional-style evaluation environment.
New Bowl Combine Adds Direct Roster Opportunity
Dream Bowl XV will introduce a Bowl Combine for eligible student-athletes before the main game. Cutting-Edge Sports Management and Datavault AI will jointly run the new evaluation event. The combine will award two roster positions and guaranteed playing opportunities to qualifying participants.
Datavault AI will support athlete registration through its Event Citadel services during the combine. The company also plans to use VerifyU credentialing and API Media event technologies onsite. Meanwhile, ADIO technology will support digital engagement and data-linked experiences throughout the venue.
Datavault AI will also deploy DataScore, DataValue, IDE, and NIL Vault technologies during the event. These systems will record athlete results and create verifiable performance records after each evaluation. The setup will connect athlete credentialing, data verification, and performance information through one technology framework.
Datavault AI Targets Sports and Live Event Growth
Dream Bowl XV weekend will include practices, scouting sessions, the Bowl Combine, and the final game. The four-day format gives Datavault AI several opportunities to deploy its technologies. Its services will support athlete records, event operations, and digital data management across the schedule.
The company plans to use tokenization tools alongside VerifyU and its Information Data Exchange platform. These systems will authenticate and manage athlete credentials and combine results throughout the weekend. Datavault AI views sports events as another commercial market for its data management technologies.
The Dream Bowl partnership also expands Datavault AI’s presence within sports and live event services. The company previously combined verified athlete information with tokenized memorabilia during Dream Bowl XIV. That earlier deployment created the foundation for the broader technology rollout planned for Dream Bowl XV.
Datavault AI may introduce additional fan-engagement and memorabilia programs connected with the event later. However, the company has not announced those programs as part of the current Dream Bowl plans. The latest expansion instead centers on athlete data, credentialing, registration, tokenization, and measurable combine performance.
