TLDR:
- Dom Kwok renewed his $1,000 XRP forecast after meeting the White House Council of Economic Advisers.
- XRP traded near $1.40 on Sept. 20, with 62.88B tokens circulating and an $87.9B market capitalization.
- A $1,000 XRP price at the current circulating supply would imply a market capitalization near $62.9 trillion.
- EasyA also met SEC, CFTC and House lawmakers after the Senate’s 49-50 CLARITY cloture vote failed to advance.
EasyA co-founder Dom Kwok has revived his long-standing $1,000 XRP forecast after a series of Washington meetings focused on U.S. crypto policy. Kwok said he met with the White House Council of Economic Advisers before later writing that “$1,000 is more likely than ever.”
XRP commentator Bird then amplified the statement, pointing to the XRP Ledger’s role in tokenization, settlement, and liquidity. However, the price call predates the latest Washington visit.
Kwok previously said XRP could reach $1,000 around 2030, citing institutional adoption and clearer regulation. He and EasyA co-founder Phil Kwok repeated the projection earlier this year, making the latest comment a renewed endorsement rather than a new target.
Washington Crypto Talks Intensify After CLARITY Setback
The policy context is important as EasyA’s meetings came days after the Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act on September 15. Cloture failed 49-50, below the 60 votes required, leaving the legislation stalled.
That outcome increased attention on how agencies may shape digital-asset regulation without immediate congressional action. EasyA said Phil and Dom Kwok traveled to Washington to meet the SEC and CFTC.
Dom Kwok also reported meetings with Representatives Bryan Steil and William Timmons. Both lawmakers serve on the House Financial Services Digital Assets Subcommittee, which Steil chairs. Kwok later disclosed the White House Council of Economic Advisers meeting.
Still, no White House statement cited an XRP-specific initiative, and the council did not endorse any XRP price target. The meetings therefore establish policy engagement, not government support for Kwok’s forecast.
XRPL Adoption Grows as $62.9T Valuation Gap Remains
The infrastructure supporting Kwok’s thesis has continued expanding across tokenization and settlement. XRPL includes native token issuance, a decentralized exchange, automated market makers, and settlement within seconds.
Institutional use has also broadened. Ondo Finance launched its OUSG tokenized Treasury product on XRPL with 24/7 minting and redemption through RLUSD. Guggenheim Treasury Services later brought digital commercial paper to the network.
Aviva Investors also announced plans in February to tokenize traditional fund structures with Ripple. Even so, the valuation gap remains substantial. XRP traded near $1.40 on September 20, with 62.88 billion tokens circulating and a market capitalization near $87.9 billion.
The comparison places the renewed call against both Washington policy activity and the network’s growing institutional use, while keeping valuation arithmetic separate. At that circulating supply, a $1,000 XRP price would imply a market capitalization of roughly $62.9 trillion.
That figure does not equal required new capital. Instead, it illustrates the scale of repricing needed for Kwok’s forecast to materialize, even as EasyA continues linking its outlook to institutional adoption and regulatory engagement.
