This performance significantly exceeded Wall Street’s consensus projection of $22.3 billion. The impressive 43% annual revenue increase was accompanied by adjusted net earnings of $1.1 billion, representing a 176% surge compared to last year’s corresponding period and marking a historic milestone as Lenovo’s first billion-dollar adjusted quarterly profit.
Revenue attributed to artificial intelligence products and services totaled $9.3 billion, representing a 60% year-over-year expansion. This AI-focused segment now represents 35% of the company’s consolidated revenue.
Data Center Division Shows Explosive Growth
The Infrastructure Solutions Group, which encompasses server products and data center equipment, emerged as the quarter’s top performer. This division’s revenue climbed 98% annually to reach $8.5 billion. The unit generated $777 million in operating profit, achieving a 9.1% operating margin.

The company captured 25.1% of the AI-enabled PC market.
Professional Services Unit Shows Strong Momentum

Chief Executive Yuanqing Yang attributed the strong performance to Lenovo’s comprehensive AI approach spanning consumer and business segments. “Building on our leadership in PCs and Smart Devices, we are proud of our rapid emergence as a global leader in AI and Infrastructure,” he stated.
On a GAAP basis, the company reported a net loss of $609 million, contrasting with the $505 million profit recorded in the same quarter last year. Wall Street analysts had anticipated an average net loss of $589 million, making the actual result marginally below expectations on this metric.
Management expressed confidence in achieving the company’s $100 billion revenue milestone earlier than originally projected. The $54 billion AI server pipeline, which grew 157% sequentially, captured significant investor attention during Thursday morning’s trading session.
