Quant (QNT) has risen more than 300% from its recent lows. The token is now one of the strongest performers in the crypto market.
QNT was trading around $270 at the time of writing. Before the rally picked up speed, it traded near $70.
The token reached a high of $373 over the weekend. The move followed news that The Clearing House selected Quant to provide technology for a new banking network.
On September 24, The Clearing House said Quant would provide interoperability, orchestration and transaction management for its On-Chain Money Initiative. The network is designed to clear and settle tokenized commercial bank deposits.
The system will connect with existing payment rails, including RTP and CHIPS. The Clearing House operates payment networks that clear and settle more than $2 trillion per day.
How the Rally Unfolded
QNT reacted to the news right away, but the biggest gains came days later. By September 26, the token was near $105.78, up 65.7% over 30 days.
On September 27, QNT traded near $172.70 after a 57% gain in 24 hours. Other data placed it between $177 and $180 later that day.

By then, its seven-day gain was around 185%. On September 28, QNT traded above $285, roughly 307% above the $70 level.
Santiment reported rising onchain activity and higher trading volume as QNT broke through earlier resistance levels. The token cleared a multi-month descending trendline near $70 in September before pushing past $100.
Momentum Readings and the Token’s Role
QNT’s daily relative strength index (RSI) sits around 88.56 and is starting to cool. A reading above 70 is commonly described as overbought.
An overbought reading does not mean the price must fall right away. Assets can stay overbought for long stretches during strong rallies.
The Clearing House announcement confirms that banks will use Quant’s technology. However, it does not say participating banks must buy, hold or transact with the QNT token.
The announcement also does not provide a formula linking network transaction volume to direct QNT demand. More technical or commercial details would be needed to show that link.
The Clearing House has not named all participating banks. It has also not disclosed supported blockchains or expected transaction volumes.
The On-Chain Money Initiative is expected to be available to participating financial institutions in the first half of 2027. QNT was trading around $270 at the time of writing, below its weekend high of $373.
