Major AI Infrastructure Contracts Drive Revenue Forecast Higher
During July, the company announced $2.8 billion in multi-year agreements for AI cloud infrastructure services. Following these contract wins, management elevated its fiscal 2026 annual revenue projection beyond the $4 billion threshold. The arrangement structure requires clients to provide approximately 45% of chip hardware expenses upfront, strengthening IREN’s capital position for continued facility development.
The Horizon 1 data center facility was delivered to Microsoft on August 13. Additionally, IREN achieved Nvidia Exemplar Cloud certification for its GB300 NVL72 infrastructure. The acquisition of cloud software provider Mirantis concluded on August 4, expanding the company’s AI hosting capabilities.
Previously, IREN locked in a $9.7 billion agreement with Microsoft alongside a separate $3.4 billion partnership with Nvidia, establishing the firm as a significant player in AI infrastructure deployment.
The June acquisition of Nostrum Group marked IREN’s expansion into European AI cloud markets. The company also joined the Russell 1000 Index during late June, increasing visibility among institutional investment managers.

For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, Wall Street consensus anticipates quarterly revenue approaching $132 million.
